To foster Diversity, Equity/Equality, and Inclusion (DEI), the organization must drive relevant and meaningful cultural change. During the pandemic and the subsequent post-COVID-19 world, this change must include consideration of how we coexist in the physical environment as well. We work with companies to develop, implement, and assess a cultural transformation strategy which includes a comprehensive DEI program as well as the enhancement or establishment of other culture related essential employee development programs. Our services include:

  • Cultural Transformation – human capital management during and post pandemic including workplans and policies related to distributed workforce management, maintaining esprit de corps in a socially distant environment, and
  • Diversity, Equity/Equality, and Inclusion – diversity, equity/equality, and inclusion strategy and program development.
  • Workplace and Culture Training Program – customized training to increase inclusion across the overall organization, create awareness of unconscious and implicit bias, recognize/celebrate differences, and provide the necessary tools and resources to prevent future harassment and discrimination.
  • Employee Resource Groups – establishment of employee groups that join in the workspace based upon shared characteristics to enhance career and cultural development through collective support in the work environment.
